All programs are specifically tailored to your ability and needs- ensuring you reach your full potential! Structured and modified, ensuring we make the most of the available time!

Need a little help staying on track? Regular check-ins, goal setting and personalised advice is key to maintaining consistency on your journey!

If its a little bit of guidance you need, understanding macronutrients, or tips and tricks for tough days- we've got you covered!

Whether you choose to be fully online, or a blend of face-to-face and online programming. We offer an accessible, easy to follow platform where you can find all of your tailored workouts!

Prices & Packages

In Person 1-2-1 sessions

 

One off session: £35

Block of 8: £260 (£32.50/per session)

Block of 12: £360 (£30 per/session)


Online Training Packages

All sessions require 24 hours notice to reschedule/cancel otherwise the full price of the session will be charged. All 12 blocks must be used within 4 months of purchase unless a doctor’s note is provided. Block renewals must be paid 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends) of initial session of the next 8-12 block.
